Bill Williams is a general partner in the manufactured
housing communities and apartment properties and a shareholder and member of the
Board of Directors of the CWS Apartment Homes LLC organization.
Bill earned his degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State
University. Bill and his wife, Bobbitt, are involved in various philanthropic
and social organizations, and Bobbitt is on the Board of Directors of the
California American Cancer Society and the Orange County Philharmonic Society.
Bill Williams co-founded Clayton, Williams and Sherwood in 1969. By serving on the
Board of Trustees and leading company efforts as President, he established a foundation
for CWS to launch its long-term growth and success in serving CWS investors, employees,
and residents.
