The Opportunities

Through an affiliated broker/dealer, CWS currently offers three types of investments: luxury apartment communities, the development of luxury apartment communities, and turnaround opportunities in older apartments (these will be in select locations enhanced by a substantial investment to upgrade the community).

The first investment, luxury apartments, is most suited to conservative investors seeking predictable cash flow that's substantially sheltered from tax in the early years. We estimate the holding period to be about seven years.

The second, the development of luxury apartment communities, is designed for investors seeking higher returns with higher risk within a shorter holding period, estimated at 2-3 years.

The third investment, the turnaround opportunities, represents a hybrid. It offers cash flow, strong appreciation potential, and a 2-5 year holding period.
