Daniel joined CWS in May 2004 and his primary role is overseeing the Asset Management and Capital Projects functions of the company along with Dallas/Fort Worth dispositions. In this capacity, Daniel is responsible for representing partnership and ownership in property-level decisions and strategies for the company portfolio. He oversees a sophisticated budget process in this capacity and works with regional asset managers to ensure that the business plan is adhered to.
Daniel also oversees partner distribution decisions and large-scale capital projects. These large capital projects consist of property renovations and complex, capital intensive work. He works closely on a day-to-day basis with the company’s Operations group to ensure owner and partner representation and focus. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
