Asset management provides value-add services to each property by creating and managing performance projections, analyzing revenue and expense variances, executing capital improvements that enhance values, reviewing market absorption and its effect on the rent roll and occupancy, reviewing market activity, protesting property tax assessments when necessary, and assessing refinance or sale opportunities.
