Jared Buffington joined CWS Capital Partners in 2021 and is responsible for the asset and investment management of the company's Denver, Seattle, Sacramento and Phoenix assets. He has nearly 10 years of multifamily real estate experience including: asset management, large CapEx budgeting, and development & acquisition underwriting.
Prior to CWS, Jared worked for a national multifamily developer, an investment sales brokerage firm and held various risk management positions. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Colorado, CS and a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from University of Denver.
