Vice President, Facilities Management

Benjamin Fowler joined CWS in 2021 and is Vice President of Facilities Management. Benjamin is responsible for ensuring fire life-safety systems are functional and compliant, developing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, collaborating with various departments to ensure maintenance team members have the skills, equipment, and resources they need to be successful, and aligning the right maintenance talent with the right property during our interview process. Prior to joining CWS, Benjamin was a Founding Partner at Impact Fire. He has significant electrical, commercial maintenance, and fire-life safety experience. While at Impact, 115 employees reported up through Benjamin across six districts throughout the country with P&L responsibility in excess of $20 million. In addition, he supported Impact’s national account company and was accountable for vetting and integrating all new company acquisitions. In his free time, Benjamin enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
