Joe Krumrey
Chief Operating Officer, Property Management
Joe first joined CWS as a Leasing Director back in 2004. Since then, he has promoted with much success through the roles of Assistant Community Director, Community Director, Regional Director, and Senior Vice President of Operations for the West portfolio. Based in Dallas, Joe has direct responsibility over our operations team nationwide. Specifically, he supports our continued growth by hiring right, managing well, improving employee engagement, and ensuring safety remains at the forefront of all that we do. In addition, he will continue to promote strong interdepartmental relationships and consistency in management from region-to-region. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing the drums, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, Nichole, and his two stepchildren, Bradley and Kenze.
