Rich Fagan
Senior Vice President, Operations
Rich joined CWS in 2003 and is responsible for leading and managing our Regional Directors in Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Phoenix, Folsom, and Seattle/Tacoma. In his tenure with CWS, he has held positions including Investment Manager, Regional Director for California and Colorado, and Investments Analyst. Rich has worked in the multifamily and manufactured home industries for over 20 years and brings acquisitions, due diligence, operations, and market research experience to the team. Prior to joining CWS, Rich worked for JPI, a multifamily real estate investment company, and CWS Communities Trust, a private REIT whose majority shareholder was with Security Capital Group. Rich studied at the University of Texas-Arlington and Texas Christian University and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology and criminal justice.
