Andrew Simmons

Andrew joined CWS in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, design, and execution of multifamily development. Prior to joining CWS, Andrew worked for Greystar Development and Construction in Denver, CO. He was involved with establishing the mountain region and supporting over $400M in new development. Andrew broke into development working on large mixed-use and master-planned communities for Fulenwider Inc., a Denver, CO based development company. He began his career as an environmental and geo-technical engineer consultant where he developed his expertise in subsurface systems, environmental remediation, and site feasibility. Andrew received a BS degree in geology and a MS in real estate development (MRED) from Clemson University.
