Development Associate
John joined CWS as a Development Associate in January 2022 and is responsible for supporting the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, design, and execution of multifamily development projects. Prior to joining CWS, John spent approximately six years on the civil engineering side of the land development industry working on multiple multifamily development projects and evaluating the development potential of numerous land sites in the Austin metropolitan area. John graduated with a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has spent his entire career in the Austin land development industry.
