Christine Donegan
Director, Development Operations
Christine joined CWS in 2013 as the Development Operations Director, working closely with the Development team on project design and the initiation of operations-related processes on new development communities. She collaborates with the Development and Operations teams throughout the lease-up process facilitating a smooth transition from development to stabilization. In addition, Christine collaborates with the Operations and Construction teams on large-scale renovation projects ensuring cost and design-related goals are achieved. Prior to joining CWS, she worked for various multi-family management companies gaining extensive experience with lease-up communities, particularly in the Austin, Texas market. She has a BS degree in finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Texas State University.
