Muneer Barkatullah

Muneer Barkatullah joined CWS in 2021 and works with the asset management and investments teams for the company's Austin and San Antonio assets. He has over a decade of experience in multifamily management including asset management, capex project management/budgeting, and on-site operations. Prior to joining CWS, Muneer worked for many of the industry's largest companies and held various positions in on-site management, acquisitions, and international development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Colorado.
