Thomas Jensen joined CWS in 2023 and is responsible for the asset management of CWS’ nationwide portfolio of retail assets with a primary focus on the markets of Seattle/Tacoma, Denver, Austin, and Nashville. In his previous role as a Senior Analyst with Karlin Real Estate, Thomas assisted in the underwriting, asset management, and development of office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets in Austin. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Texas A&M University.
