Gary Carmell joined CWS in 1987 and is responsible for all aspects of acquisition financing (debt and equity), high-level communications, and is significantly involved in the company’s strategic direction and capital deployment. He has an MBA from USC, Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from UCLA, is a CFA Charterholder, is a licensed California real estate broker, and holds Series 22, 39, 63, and 99 securities licenses (CRD# 2595391). Gary is a member of the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts, the CFA Institute, and World President's Organization (WPO). He served as a board member of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center Fund-Raising Committee of the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Gary is the author of the book titled, The Philosophical Investor: Transforming Wisdom into Wealth, which was published in March 2015.
