Casey Miller

Casey Miller joined CWS Capital Partners in 2016 and is responsible for the asset management of the company's apartment portfolio. She has nearly 10 years of experience in real estate portfolio management and underwriting. She provides direction for and oversight of the portfolio's budgets, business plans, cash flow projections, strategic planning, and debt structures. Prior to CWS, Casey worked at various lending institutions where she was responsible for asset management, underwriting, project feasibility, strategic planning, and foreclosure proceedings for various types of real estate debt. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Pepperdine University.
